 Principles of Gileads Blood |

Gileads Blood is an Australian based Horde guild on the Bonechewer US realm.
This means our raid times are oz friendly, starting about 10am Greenwich Mean Time (8pm Brisbane time, 2am standard server time).
We are focused on PvE progression in both 10 and 25 person raids. Gileads Blood aims to provide a raiding environment that is fun, subservient to real life, yet gets the job done.
Principles of Gileads Blood
We value the following principles:
Perspective - this is a game. If you do not grasp this you will struggle to fit in this guild. Real life is ALWAYS more important.
Maturity – everyone in this guild is deserving of your respect and consideration. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Commitment – you are a member of this guild. As such, you are committing a sizable fraction of your game time to furthering the guilds objectives. (PvE progression). Additionally, when you commit to a raid, ensure you have minimised the chances of real world interruptions – feed the cat before you login 
Communication – we are a diverse community. It is important we use the tools we have to keep our goals and ambitions clear. Members will be active on the forums, and need to keep the guild and officers informed of any issues that will affect their promised level of commitment. All raiders will reply to EVERY scheduled raid.
Stupidity – you think 'killing' an object in a computer game is important. We do too
If you are a member of Gileads Blood, then these principles are also your principles.
